I had a wonderful stay at this hotel thanks to the incredibly kind service I received, especially from Dante, who truly went above and beyond to assist me. The ability to customize my breakfast options made my mornings enjoyable, as I could request exactly what I wanted. While my experience was generally positive, it did fall short of absolutely perfect, but it was still very satisfying overall.
